Hello,
Since the super reading step is also a subconscious process, then could I use it by rotate the book upside down? So it would be less distracting because I pick and dip the sentence by only intuition.

Superreading is an activation technique. You're consciously looking for answers to your questions. Why make it harder on the conscious mind by superreading upside down. You would either have to read the book upside down when you dip or turn it around. Both will slow you down unnecessarily.

If you think it would work for you try it and see. I prefer to activate with the book the right way up even though I'm fluent at reading upside down.
