Yes I understand Paul's reasons. A lot of people face the course with apprehension and don't even start listening to the course. I receive an amazing number of emails from people who never got around to doing the course. Listening first does help you to understand what PhotoReading is and isn't. The problem with listening to the course first is you wind up analyzing as you proceed. The problem is if you are analyzing you're not learning and creating barriers to learning. Which is why I was imploring you to start doing.
I actually found reading the PhotoReading book first as instructed on the first page is the fastest way of understanding what PhotoReading is and then doing the course with an open mind. The results then are personally inspiring.
