Hi,

Is the 20 minutes pause between session A and B critical? I want to listen to them while asleep, and by the time I get to session B, I'm already asleep. Is it OK, or should I consider listening to each of the sessions seperatly?

Is the fact I can't consciously define goals makes it less effective? May it be sufficient to know what I want to change and state it to myself prior to starting?

Thanks,
Gil

Oh, and another question: can a coctail of paraliminals be effective when played one after another? (still, while asleep)
Does it matter what paraliminals I choose?
Thanks again

Effective for what?

What's the point if you don't have a purpose and don't know what you want from them?

To me it's about not rushing it when listening to a Paraliminal that has a part A and a Part B. The fact remains that sometimes you need to work more with one part before the other and then not necessarily in the same order. To be effective you might need to listen to Part A of Anxiety Free daily for a week and never even get to part B. In other cases listening to part B makes no sense unless you can follow through with action soon after.

Listening to Part A and Part B in quick succession. Is like taking a cake out of the oven and then rushing to decorate it.

I know we live in a society that wants 'just add water instant gratification.' But there is something about "make haste, slowly" that makes sense. Any task done with careful attention to the steps and not rushing it turns better built, solid and longer lasting than anything we rushed.

So if you're using a A/B Paraliminal to solve a problem there are two things I can tell you about your problem. 1. You've had it for a longer time than you care to remember. 2. Despite this confounding, annoying detrimenal problem you made it this far. Comsider that the Paraliminals are helping you to uncover your own flexibility, that not only solves this problem but shows you how to solve other problems.

Sleep learning, focus on a purpose and stick with one Paraliminal for that purpose.

Alex
