Ok, a challenge for you all... I would like to believe that change can happen easily & quickly. I thought it would be a great start to any paraliminal work.

The question is: how best to do it? Which paraliminal/s could achieve it?

Here are my ideas:
1. Belief - Personal change comes easily to me (picturing me adapting something quickly in my past etc)
2. Personal genius - integrating knowledge into action (allowing theoretical stuff to become something I use)
3. NBG (To see myself 'generally' starting new behaviours with no big deal about it).

Does anyone have any other ideas? I thought if you could get this going then everything else after would be accelerated.

Looking forward to everyone's thoughts on the topic.

I think that it is a very personal thing how fast and deeply the paraliminals work. Mainly how little resistance you have to the wanted change and how fast you can integrate the newfound skills/habits/thoughts/emotions. So how can you resist less and integrate more? By really knowing what you want and have faith that it will be well and allow it to happen. I'd say that the paraliminal that would perhaps enhance this is NBG.

Good luck with it all!

It would be nice if the NBG paraliminal was available without the purchase of the NB home study course.

Would hardly be effective without the other four Paraliminals in that course at some point.
