Yep, goright ahead. The Holosync soundtrack has nothing to do with the Holosync levels. The Holosync on the Paraliminals serve as entrainment and simply to help you let go and relax into the listening session.

The basic rule of the thumb when doing things using meditation, hypnosis, or other mind quietening activities (includes active meditation of qigong and yoga) Take a 20 minute break before you start another form.

So, if you listen to the Paraliminal allow 20 for the mind to integrate that listening session before using Holosync, or qigong, or hypnosis or another Paraliminal. Same goes for a second part of a Paraliminal unless you've skipped the coming out. I cannot recommend that anyway, since I found having patience works better than listening to both sides for 3 days in a row. I just listen to one side and then in a day or two follow it up with the other part if needed.

Humm, Security guard and dentist as authority figures? A couple of other Paraliminals along with Anxiety Free may speed up the procress of dealing with this.

Belief Paraliminal... these people you mentioned are not really authority figures, they are people doing their jobs and you need to be able to trust them to serve you in the way they perform thewir jobs. And if they are lousy at it I sure as heck wouldn't want to trust them but stay away from them. So the Belief Paraliminal would be useful to help you deal with the belief that they are "authority figures". They have true authority over you other than what you are willing to grant them.

The other Paraliminal that might be useful is the Self-esteem supercharger, give yourself the permission to be their equal in serving the community. They do their part in and you do yours.

Continue to use Anxiety Free till you feel it has made the difference.

Even if you don't have the other two Paraliminals for the boost you'll have great results with the Anxiety Free Paraliminal when you remember your intention for listening. The only difference the other two make is you have a multiple approach to the problem.

Listening nightly before you sleep is fine.
