If I listen to the sleep section without headphones and my daughter sleeps in the same room will it affect her? I have the Sales Leap.

Thanks,

Chances are she too will benefit. Since she doesn't have a purpose or intention for listening it might be a more subtle change.

I don't recommend listening every night as it could be disturbing to her and your sleep. The mind needs time to integrate stuff like that and it can become similar to being nagged. Where you go, 'enough already! I said I'd do it but there is other important stuff to take care of.' then the mind is cranky and storms out of the room.
