I got the self-discipline paraliminal, as my purpose is to increase my self-discipline, I established this as my purpose.

So I was thinking, is it possible to create a positive loop of self-discipline to reinforce this behaviour or is it better to be specific about what I want?

For example, my objective is to have more self-discipline and to start doing more actions that increase it.

Or is it better to establish as my objective, something like: to practice meditation one hour every day?

So what is best in this case, be specific or can I be more general or use both.

Thanks for your help
Camilo

PS> I also bought the Focus and Concentration paraliminal, any suggestions on how to use both together?

Both approaches can work. Take into consideration my answer to your previous post. Be playful in your use of the Paraliminal try it and see. Make a note in your journal how you used it and what your experience was. While journaling is not strictly necessary for you to experience positive benefits people who do journal their work with new techniques and tools observe there experiences more openly. And are in a better position to make adjustments to direct them toward their desired outcomes.

See the booklets that come with the Paraliminals for how to use them.

Thank you very much for your help Alex.

I have been very excited about the paraliminals I bought so I wanted to know experiences from others about how they are using them.

I will start the journal as you are recommending to me and I'm also trying to keep my listening to one paraliminal a day so I can see results and document them in my journal one at a time to avoid being overwhelmed.
