Both approaches can work. Take into consideration my answer to your previous post. Be playful in your use of the Paraliminal try it and see. Make a note in your journal how you used it and what your experience was. While journaling is not strictly necessary for you to experience positive benefits people who do journal their work with new techniques and tools observe there experiences more openly. And are in a better position to make adjustments to direct them toward their desired outcomes.
