I have been very excited about the paraliminals I bought so I wanted to know experiences from others about how they are using them.

I will start the journal as you are recommending to me and I'm also trying to keep my listening to one paraliminal a day so I can see results and document them in my journal one at a time to avoid being overwhelmed.
