Thanks, Keyur. I guess I just need days and days to think about my answers to these questions, and I'm not very patient.

It's similar to the few seconds that Paul gives in the paraliminal introductions to think about a goal for the session (even though he says to turn off the recording to think about it if necessary). I'd be asleep before I could adequately visualize something, many times, so I listen anyway, with a not-very-well-formed goal in mind, and then I don't get very much out of the listening session.

I think the sentences that you gave as examples about a new car could also be switched around so that the 3 goal-setting questions that I mentioned are still all pretty much answerable with the same words and phrases. There's such a very subtle difference in emphasis with each of the 3 questions.
