How motivated are you to learn? You can learn with the book alone. You need to apply some time doing it. It doesn't just happen with reading. It requires experimenting with learning it.
The book tells you everything. That said the course leads you to applying the system. And provides the material you can apply it on to get you started. And it includes the Memory Supercharger Paraliminal. Good one to use for the week before you start learning the system.
