Hi,

I am in a deep rut, I thought it was getting better and things were seeming to get back on track, but now I am back down. I am so low even though I know that my thoughts create my experiences, but I am in such a rut...that I don't feel like I can make that shift. It seems like all aspects of my life are out of balance. Although I have a good steady job, I feel I am underpaid, and it seems a lot of my attention is focused on that and making more money. I am taking night classes and was getting excellent marks until the last year, when I failed a couple of courses and my self-esteem has dropped tremendously. My relationship with my spouse is affected due to me being stressed all the time. I don't have enough energy and my health (especially my emotional health) is compromised. I am extremely unhappy and in a very negative mode and am feel like I can't get out of this rut. Any suggestions on paralimials (which ones and frequency) or any other modalities would be extremely appreciated.

Self-Esteem Supercharger, daily for a week then alternate.

Anxiety Free, helps address stress.
Creating sparks and Personal Relationships for as needed.

Personal Genius , Power Thinking, New Behaviour Generator and Break the Habit for the work / study related issues (you don't need them all, select which resonates with the description and your life and purpose.

Consider Youthful Vitality, Happy for No Reason and New Behaviour generator for the "emotional health side of things".

Remembering that only you experience your life your way the suggestions I offer are those I intuit would help you from your brief post.

I suggest you explore the Paraliminals and consider the ones that you intuit would help you.
