Thank you for your reply. I understand what you said.
I understand purpose is the key of a good reading system and I know mindmap does not belong to PhotoReading alone. I have used mindmap way before I came across PhotoReading.
My question was whether or not the preconscious processing of information has to be done under a photofocus state. If our non-conscious mind is going to take it everything in our senses anyway, is photofocus state required? Or is it because of the interruption of our conscious mind, it is best to dampen down our conscious mind during photoreading? Thats what I was asking.
I have read a lot of your posts. They were really helpful and clear up a lot on activation and purpose settings.
Currently I can finish a 300 pages book in roughly an hour which i used to need 2 hours. I do have to admit, before I started photoreading, I have already started using a forest to tree approach in all my readings and my reading speed is relatively higher than my friends (most of them anyway). Now, with photoreading system, with the tangerine technique and relaxation, i manage to improve further my concentration and retention and speed.
Thank you for your replies again =)
