Thanks for the extensive response. I have been in the energy field for a number of years doing EFT and Neurofeedback. I am aware of most of what you mentioned. However, the words "the universe in my body" sounds a little to physical or simplified, which is making it somewhat difficult to relate to. Letting go of the ego and transcending the physical world where the all there is, is the oneness of God in the universe whether seeing that as parts of a whole or as transcending space and time, sounds a little better to me.
