First, my apologies for asking so many questions.

The use of Spring Forest Qigong for improving eyesight is so interesting. Lourdes' testimony on the Spring Forest Qigong video is so wonderful. That she gained normal vision using a single SFQ practice for six months having faith is so wonderful.

Question 1: Has anyone else improved vision using Spring Forest Qigong?

Question 2: Is it important to do Chunyi Lin's exercises (SFQ Level 2 manual, page 40) together with the palming and affirmations: doing neck exercise from level 1 and patting the base of the head with the cupped hand with neck bent forward for two minutes.

Question 3. Has anyone removed a cataract with Spring Forest Qigong? If so, in the daily practice, is it necessary to add an affirmation about the cataract ?

Hi MB,

Every piece helps. Being willing to put the time into their practice, their diet, emotions, sleep, and exercises all contribute to it as well.

Hi - as an artist of advancing years this topic obviously caught my attention !

Is it possible to improve failing eyesight ?? - I am a VERY willing patient willing to undergo experiment if required.

I am new to SFQ (2 weeks) and would dearly love to see improvements such as these from the continued practice.
kindest regards
C
