I have Kidney Yin/Jing deficiency, which has lead to me having problems with low blood sugar. I've also been balding very rapidly in the last year, I have large, deep dark patches under my eyes and look considerably older than my 25 years.

I am seeing an excellent TCM doctor and have done so for a while now, he has me on some herbs to tonify the kidneys. Unfortunately I have to take a low dose of the herbs for now as too much of it will interfere with resolving the rather sever Liver Qi stagnation I also have. So i take a combination of xiao yao san and kidney tonics.

I'm finding the Spring Forest exercises incredibly effective at resolving the stagnation/blockages in my body. I've also had a handful of phone sessions with Master Lin and Master Nance which have been great. I'd love to ask them for advice on my situation but understandably, they are always on a strict time schedule, and have to take the next call.

I'm looking for any advice on how to use SFQ effectively to heal my kidneys. Would it be useful to spend some time sending energy with Sword Fingers to my kidneys? Could I spend much longer periods doing the kidney massage and the tailbone tapping? There is also a powerful qigong exercise for kidneys i have learnt elsewhere, but i am apprehensive about mixing systems. Perhaps I could do it a few hours either side of SFQ?

obviously it is up to me to experiment, but it would be great to have some advice from others more experienced, as I have found that healing both a deficency, and stagnation, at once, can be quite a balancing act. Many thanks if you have taken the time to read this. :-)
