In the instructions on how to use of Automatic Pilot-B,it says that I need to know th course of action to take towards achieving my goal and to simulate the steps of accomplishing my goal in the lsitening session. Well, I know where I want to go but I am not sure on how to get there, I am facing some challenges on the simulation part. Can anybody share some experience as to how I should proceed.

Difficult to help because I am not clear on where you are stuck. We need details or an example what you are looking for. If you would rather not say on the forum email me since I don't know if anyone can give you an example from their experience that would help, based on your question.

Hi Spunky

I have used Automatic Pilot side B before without consciously knowing the course of action. Direct Learning through photoreading and then activation through autopilot side B. My conscious mind really gets in the way with the speedy repetitions of my strategy anyway.

I make a confident request before I start that my mind define the steps to my goal. The session also makes room for the listener to constantly review and improve upon the steps on listening, all of this happens subconsciously as it is 'impossible' to consciously change small detail of the process and keep repeating the process steps all consciously.

I used the Autopilot session B this way when I had a sixth sense that I knew how to do something, but I just wanted to raise it up to the surface and become more a part of my normal behavior.

As well, what if you've done something in the past successfully, but aren't sure how you did it. Your mind obviously knows the steps from that experience, your mind can do it again.

If you only take one hint from this, which I think you've already presupposed that you know is to make a confident request.

Thanks Grant.

I have posted another thread on how to use the Cds. Can you share your experience?
