Hi,
I have had some great success with some paraliminals, such as anxiety free. Yet I really struggle to acheive any noticeable results with others, such as self esteem super charger.
I have tried varying the times of day that I use this and the wa in which I sit.
Does any one have any tips or insight's for using self esteem paraliminal?
Sometimes I can be confused as to what self esteem would mean to me, may this be holding me back?
Or any success stories from using it? I would love to hear them.

If you're confused as to what Self-esteem means to you, you probably have trouble Recognising the positive results when they happen.

What might your goal be with Self-Esteem Supercharger?

Yes I have tried the sleep track. It is something I have only started to use recently with many paraliminals.

I suppose my goal has been to feel good about myself. To feel as if I have something of worth to say, do, contribute in general.
To feel less self concious, to realise my own worth. To recognise and not allow others to treat me badly.

You have quite a few choices. Work with one. I do prefer to work with something more tangible than feelings. I can choose any Paraliminal to feel good about myself.

To feel less self conscious? When. In what circumstances? I assume it's certain times that you feel uncomfortably self conscious?

Self worth - when, in what situations to you think you undervalue yourself? Recognising where and when we short change ourselves is a good place to start. That way you can observe any changes for the better. If you generalise, you get generalised results. That doesn't mean they aren't working just you're not noticing where the changes are taking place because you haven't observed where you think the challenges lie.
