You may start by reading the book as instructed on the first page first. Just follow the Einstein graphic for the first part. Whether you follow the other Einstein images as instructed is up to you. I followed each one as instructed and it made a huge difference to working with the audio part of the course.
Otherwise you can start with CD one of the CDs and work your way through.
