Judgment is happening quickly don't you think? Do you consider dark dangerous, is ugly dangerous or just a perception? They were attacking each other, how were you in danger? You weren't you remained in control and told the images to go away. Just shows how much control you do have.
Don't you think this is a perfect experience to see that, you are already in control? Is denying that animals do fight in the wild to protect their territory, going to make it a better world?
The only thing I see is fear and your fears will be seen by you until you stop denying their existence.
If I see images like that I tend to go, hummm, that's interesting, that's probably a message to look out not to get caught up in someone else's fight. Much more empowering to me than no, this is not good, I must not see things like that and then the next day find myself in the middle of a fight between two people. It becomes a tool, okay there is an ugly fight over there, what choices do I have if I were to witness a fight like that in my life, join in, just watch, move on, call someone to help break it up... probably more options than if I think, no I must not see these things.
