I had a very difficult year at uni last year as a result I have associated some bad memories with the place.

I started back this week....and felt very lonely there, even though I was with a couple of friends.

Any thought s on the best paraliminals to use to conquer these feelings and feel more comfortable, make more friends easily and generally fit in with the whole experience better.

I feel quite cut off and isolated...or have memories of that from last year. I am a mature student....quite a bit older than the average student age...which doesn t always help at the best of times.

It kind of makes me feel like I shouldn t be trying to fit in with the kids anyway.

Thing is I tend to avoid the mature students as well...due to nerves....or anxiety....or uncertainty maybe.

Self-Esteem Supercharger and Sales Leap Paraliminal are good ones to start with. Instantaneous Personal Magnetism and Holiday Cheer (yes Holiday Cheer) for socialising and making friends. Positive Relationships is a good one if even strangers manage to push your buttons that make you want to hide.

Have you considered as a more mature student you can be a guide rather than fitting in share your experience that comes with age?

Have a look at the Paraliminals suggested
