As regards your language barrier, all fancy linguistics are only for the conscious mind. Our subconscious minds know no languages! Most people feel chinese or Japanese are among the most tricky languages to learn, but ever wondered how come the babies in those communities learn them w/o a fuss!! It's all part of the subconscious magic.
Your conscious mind knows what it wants (like discovering your purpose or choosing a satisfying career!). That's all you need and that's why Alex.k stresses "INTENT". Regardless of the language, you're not gonna be able to manifest something that you don't want them to happen.
