I am wondering if any one has any experience of or can recommend some paraliminals for helping deal with feelings of deep betrayal by family members.
Specifical I was hoping for something to stop me getting pushed of center...by upsetting behaviours. I have alot of work to get done...yet find myself dwelling on recent developments I can do little about.
I was also hoping for some recommendations on forgivness, this has never been something I find easy. I do have a very extensive library of paraliminals...just seem to find it tricky to focus on the right one at the moment.
I guess I am shocked and upset..I would appreciate any guidance. thanks.

Dear greenie 16,

I can only say that to forgive whomever it was who betrayed you would help you to begin healing. Clean up your side of the emotional "fence" and don't worry about the other side. To not forgive is to continue to allow the situation to wreak havoc with your emotions. I don't know which paraliminal would help you to find forgiveness within yourself, but perhaps one that requires you to have a particular idea in mind upon beginning to listen to it.

I hope you find relief from your dilemma. Don't let it eat at you - please do whatever you can, whatever you have to do, to address the matter and find resolve. Letting it sit only allows it to grow. Put it behind you quickly so you can move on.

I wish you success in this situation, and I will keep you in my prayers. The prayer of faith is very powerful as it allows God to enter into the situation and bring it to a good end. He has only good in mind for you!

With love, Koco

Forgiveness isn't really forgiving the other person. It's forgiving yourself.

The emotions you go through with betrayal have a lot to do with self worth.

Self-Esteem Supercharger and Anxiety Free are two Paraliminals you need right now. I recommend starting with Anxiety Free and take the focus off forgiving and serve your inner strength because chances are you are blaming yourself for their betrayal at some level.

New History Generator will also come in handy. While you cannot change what happened you can change your emotions around it.

Pick other Paraliminals mainly for looking after yourself, It might be Happy For No Reason or No Matter what. Or even Personal Power, Focus and Concentration.

When you're ready use Positive Relationships. Check the booklet and just use the one session that seems to be what you think you need. Your intuition will be your best guide after you've done some self nurturing work. Even so just looking at the Paraliminals you might find one that appeals to you. Whether it's the colour or design or name. Select it, Even if it's the Prosperity Paraliminal or Holiday Cheer, it will be the Paraliminal that speaks to you at the right level.

See? My prayer for you has allowed a good answer to come to you through Alex! She has some very good information for you in her answer. So, praise God and start listening to the paraliminals that she has suggested, knowing that an inner calm will begin within your heart. You needn't suffer any longer with this pain.

Many blessings,
Koco

Dear greenie16, Dont give your power away to these toxic emotions! Focusing on feelings of betrayal and not being unable to forgive those who hurt you will rob you of your precious time and make it impossible for you to be productive and happy. Stop and write down what it is that is bothering you..what really happened. Often times we build things up in our mind if we dont deal with them right away. Think good thoughts about the person. Contact them and explain your feelings if possible. If not write it to them and rip it up. Cry, write a poem. Whatever helps you. Then listen to the Ultimate You Mindfest Paraliminal on Self Esteem. When those negative thoughts come into your head stop them immediately...and replace them with productive and loving thoughts. It will make such a huge difference. I promise!
