In the book 'Memory Optimizer',

1. The 2 circles about Reality Index. Until now I dont understand the mean 'Reality Index'.

2. ABout the Memory Pyramid, at the top is Abstract Idea and also I'm dont understand the mean 'Abstract Idea'.

If you want to improve your memory I suggest looking it up in the dictionary or using the online dictionary. Use that along with your translation dictionary.

That means use the English dictionary and then use your language dictionary to understand it. The more associations you make the easier it is to understand and improve your memory because you are using more of your memory threads.
