Does anyone else feel weepy when he/she tries to visualize something good in his/her future? I have a great imagination, but every time I "see" it, I tear up and cry...not sob hysterically, just get the lump in the throat, and not be able to stop the tears streaming down for a while. Any ideas why?

How do you feel? It depends on your feelings whether it matters or not. Some cry for joy, some cry only when sad.

It's hard to explain...I guess it's the feeling of "being there", the happiness it would bring to me, but at the same time, it's like it's "out of reach", like in a movie, where the person sees it, but reaches out and then it kind of fades away. I'm happy when I'm "in" it, so I think tears of joy, but feel like "oh well" when it's over.

It's neither good nor bad. It's just an experience. I will guess that it doesn't happen everytime?

No, not every time, but most of the time. O.K., I guess that's just "me" then. I just wanted to know if there were others that got that kind of reaction. Thanks!
