I followed an internship(training course) of photoreading with Subbag in France at Dominique SONGEUR from January 11th till January 13th, 2013.

During the internship(training course), at the end the stage 3) PHOTOREADING made assertions and then we have a break from 15 minutes till 2 am or one night for the impregnation, then stage 4) MEADOW ACTIVATION and 5) ACTIVATION.

In the notebook of 15 pages " Photoreading playbook Paul de Learning Strategies Corporation " the break is made in the activation (stage 5 - from 15 minutes till 2 am or one night for the impregnation).

At what moment have to we have the break of 15 minutes minimum at 2 am or one night for the impregnation?

A 20 minute rest after PhotoReading or postview, allowing for other than conscious processing is more than enough after you've been PhotoReading for a while. 20 minutes or sleep on it, some books you'll PhotoRead and incubate longer. You might even PhotoRead it more often before you are ready to activate..

Sleep on it means let the brain process it while you sleep. You may start activating any time. Just notice your experience. If activation is difficult, try PhotoReading it again and consider letting it incubate some more.

Try it and see. Some books you will find you can move from preview, PhotoRead, postview, straight into activation.

The advice I give is based on the revised 5 steps of the current PhotoReading course.
