Choose note the theme/purpose in the middle of the mindframe. Then activate the books looking for one or two from each of 4 books. Spend no more than 20 to 30 minutes on it including the preparation of your mindframe. You should get 8 quotes in that time. See syntopic reading in the PhotoReading book. Alex
