I have photolu a book by making all the stages but I do not manage to remember details except keywords or when we speak about the book the intuitions do not go back up(raise) me.

Have to you one remember details?

What advise(recommend) me you to make to be more effective, knowing that I started again by several times Paul SHEELE's method on the playbook of 16 pages, I made the training(formation) of Photoreading one week ago?

In the seminar you would have been taught the basics of mind mapping and told how important it is to aid memory.

Include mind mapping when activating. If you want to remember details. Don't skip mind mapping while learning the system. You need to train the body mind connection and the fastest way is to use mind mapping for notes.
