Yes, Alex,
I have read about the x-technique,
but I don't understand what should I see.
I still have hard focus

Is that Ok, if I use the x-technique and don't see the blip page?

I am not succeding in looking through the book like x-ray vision.

If I always read upside-down is this an alternative for photofocus?

Yes it's ok to use the x-technique without seeing the blip page, just relax, the body and eyes.

Photofocus is photofocus. It's looking at both pages with a soft, relaxed gaze, noticing the pattern of white on the page. Whether you are aware of a blip page or not.

Alex
