I'm asian. Most asians are short. So I am trying to find a solution. I've done some research on growth. Some do stretches, others do diet, etc. But I recently found Growth Burst. The ad on this site says that it uses delta sounds to stimulate the hypothalamus or something like that to release growth hormones so you can grow taller. So I don't know if I can trust them. so I'm going to ask if anyone can advise me on this, or someone who can tell me how I can ask people at learning strategies corp. if they are willing to do a test on this delta thing since it's related to holosync. THanks for all input in advance.

Patrick

Hi Patrick
I am short, too. Nothing wrong with that.
I work primarily with immigrants from Asia. Nothing wrong with them either, and many of them are short. Actualy, as a group, I find them to be tallented, motivated, fine people, faced with the same challenges each of us face.

If you are an adult, you probably are not going to get much taller than you are...although lots of people will sell you stuff and promises...

If you are a youth, a good diet and appropriate excercise, plus enouph quality sleep (that is where you get the delta) will help.

What seems to be happening...perhaps you are not accepting yourself as you are...or maybe giving in to the opinions of those who do not accept you as you are.

The paraliminals Belief and New History Generator might be helpful, to begin reframing your self image... My bet is you are resourceful and talented and valuable just as you are.
