When I read photoreading book, I noticed something.
This is Alpha Waves which are very important for our brain because it gives us optimal learning state.

If we can apply my suggestion, does it work when we want to photofocus?

There is no alpha wave during the PhotoReading step. You don't want alpha wave then.

Just do the steps the brain will naturally use the right brainwaves.
