Hi,
I just got the Ultimate Self library. The CD's require me to follow instructions and to actively participate in the sessions - but after 3rd listening My mind just switches off, I catch myself thinking about other things instead of attending to the tasks. This is getting annoying.
I am on Holosync 3rd year now - With Holosync I do not need to concentrate on anything, just to have the headphones on. Is it possible that the Paraliminals are not for me?
