Hi,

Last might, before bed, I listened to New History generator. I fell asleep or into a deep zone, then woke up at the end. Normally when I come to the end of a paraliminal I feel fantastic, but last night I had rushes of anxiety that were pretty intense. I had to wait to listen to another paraliminal - Sleep deeply - before I could fall asleep. I had it going all night. This morning I have listened to Anxiety free and still wasn't cleared. I also just finished listening to New Behavior Generator and am feeling much more level but there is still something deeper going on. Can someone address this for me? is this unusual?

I have had wonderful experiences with this program to date.

Thanks!

As you said there is something deeper going on. Often anxiety is about the unknown, new or uncertain experiences. I don't like listening to change Paraliminal before bed as often they inspire me to need to do something, even just to write, give thought to or even act on the change. So Paraliminals like New History, New Options and Get Around To It, I prefer to use at the start of the day.

Nothing wrong. Your experience was just that, an experience that indicated that change had taken place.

If possible I recommend allowing the experience with a sense of expectation. The old baggage has been released (all at once perhaps hence the feelings). Wonder what new experiences will come of this.

Alex
