Dear Annie:
Thanks for sharing more information, as it also gives us the opportunity to help you further.
Definitely use the "Perfect Health" CD for healing - especially for your son, as this will also assist with what you are already doing for the brain injury. Results are not immediate, generally, however, over time, as with the Holosync, you should see a marked improvement. New History Generator will also assist in creating new neuro-pathways, if you use this as a "focus" at the beginning of the CD. Then just let the mind do it's own natural healing from there. It isn't necessary to really keep focused on either of the listening tracks - the mind will sort through and use what it needs once the "focus" of the session is stated.
Our bodies have a natural healing bio-rythym - not all parts heal at the same time, or at the same rate. Some areas require more work than others, as well. However, being consistent and persistent in re-programming in positive, life affirming stuff will provide lasting healing over time. Using both these programs will assist in speeding up the process. Just be patient with the healing part - it will come, and much sooner now you're using these CD's.
"Self-Esteem SuperCharger" is excellent as well - it is very life-affirming, and I'm sure your son would benefit from using it. It reprograms the negative self-talk we give ourselves - suggested "focus" would be to "feel good about my ability to think clearly" as a starting point.
Don't be afraid to experiment with different combinations of the Paraliminals, and read through the CD booklets that come with them because they really provide a lot of good information on how these can be used. You're working with a super-charged duo of these CD's plus the regular Holosync, and I think it's just superbly grand that you've grasped the importance of how they can be used synergistically to heal your son, and for your own health benefits as well.
Please do keep us posted on your results, or if you need further help.
Cheers!
