It's funny that you mentioned Past Lives...because Theta Healing can heal past lives whereas Reiki wouldn't do this. And YES you're correct that it is quite a lot to practice with all these hence why I swap over in the mornings between SFQ & Reiki. And as I also mentioned that I do Holosync & I want to keep up with this. And YES I am also fascinated by all this.
