There is a huge difference between making changes (what's the change goal) and changing a belief, (what's the belief)
On a conscious level we think one belief may be the problem and holding us back from experiencing major change in our life experience. However there are usually many other beliefs that are holding back.
You might think the belief is I can't make lots of money and with some foundation beliefs like, it's dangerous to make lots of money, my friends will hate me if I make lots of money, I have to work hard to make lots of money and I'm already working hard enough.
If you have a belief that you identify as holding you back, be prepared to uncover the deeper ones as well. So you'd listen to session A to work on changing the belief and Session B for installing the new belief. See the booklet that comes with the Paraliminal for Paul's tips and advise for listening to that Paraliminal.
How will you know when your work with a belief is done? You'll know.
Waking up and getting frustrated is a quick way to throw the spanner in the change work. If you doze off enjoy the nap. If you become alert when Paul counts you out, you've been listening well enough.
