That helps, but I think I'll hold off on Big Mind until I complete the Paraliminal cd's, the holosync cd's & the Spring Forest Qigong course i have. I ordered the Patalimins, and holosync after purchasing the Spring Forest..after viewing the exercises, I decided I needed to get my mind & body in better shape in order to practice Qigong properly..I do tend to go overboard at times
