In March this year I purchased the Ultimate You Success Collection which I LOVE. I am now considering adding the complete library to My Library and I have a couple of questions.
1. My purchase came with Anxiety-Free Paraliminal, Sessions A and B
and Ideal Weight Paraliminal, Sessions A and B. In the Complete Library, are both sessions included, or which one is included?
2. I am also interested in Sonic Access particularly because it is described as providing the ability to "Go deeper and reach higher with the next generation of Paraliminals". I've listened to Sonic Access for Success: very impressive, especially with the music of Paul Hoffman. I guess my question is "Who would want the old stuff? Doesn't everyone want the latest and greatest?"

If you purchase the digital version you always get exactly what is in the physical version. So the Paraliminals with two sessions will have two sessions no matter which version you buy.

Sonic Access is a once a day meditation Paraliminal. It's recommended you only use one Sonic Access session a day.

If you want to work on certain projects you can add to your Sonic Access with the regular Paraliminals. You can listen to a number of Paraliminal sessions in a day. Most working days you might manage 3 weekends you might choose to do 5 in a day.

Most important, leave at least 20 minutes between Paraliminal sessions. That is give yourself a 20 minute break where you get on with routine things like studying, cleaning, walking the dog etc. Before listening to another entrainment type session.

Ideally this is for all energy work / altered state work we do for ourselves. It allows the work we've done to start integrating with our body.
