I'm 64 years old & have discovered that my life's purpose was more than just 1 thing..I've also discovered when I had finished one purpose next one came to me...If I pushed to make something happen it might happen but it never felt...If it just came to me ( like an unexpected job offer, a man I didn't know asked for a date ( been married 43 years & still love each other) some one mentionded school I should see ( became a member) these things just seemed to fall into place through no effort of mine..I think because I was where I was suppose to be and open to the fact that there are many paths that take one home..
Hope I didn't go on too much..but I understand your quest & frustration, as I've felt that also..
