Hi Everyone, has anyone used the Holosync program CD's while using Paraliminal CD's...If so, did you experience information overload? Did the 2 programs enhance each other? Or did you find it was a bit too much and complete one program before going on to the next.. Thank, Grannie Annie

Hi Grannie Annie: Holosync and the Paraliminals are two different things, although the newer Paraliminal CD's have the Holosync technology on them, as an assist in bringing you into a more relaxed state, and entraining the brain to create better subconscious reception of the messages. The Holosync program, if followed through to completion, is estimated to take approximately 10 to 12 years. In levels above the beginning one you can have your own affirmations inserted on the CD's. I am using the Paraliminals to assist with re-creating my life in the way I want to, while also using the Holosync program to assist in clearing out the garbage I've accumulated over approximately 5.5 decades of negative programming. If you have purchased the "Unique Self" Paraliminals package, you have a ready-made chest of tools with which to enhance your life. Don't just let them become dust-magnets. If you follow the instructions provided with either program, there should be no danger of overload. I wouldn't suggest moving immediately from a H/S CD to a Paraliminal CD without a good half-hour break between, and at least 20 minutes is recommended between Paraliminals. A word of caution, though, if you do decide to go with Holosync, don't try to rush the process, as you will waste your money and probably not benefit nearly as much as you would by taking your time with it. And don't be pushed prematurely into purchasing the whole Holosync program (Inner Circle) just because there's a special offer. If you think you might eventually like to do the whole program, wait another six months on the initial CD, as the Inner Circle "special" apparently comes up that often. By then you will really know if you want "the whole enchilada". Holosync apparently doesn't always agree with everyone (although personally I LOVE it), and you'd be best to really be comfortable with it before making the major $$$'s commitment. Cheers! Unis

Thanks Unis, That info helps...I think I've decided to use the "changing is easy" holosync & the "Awakining Prologue" maybe the "Super Longevity CD to help clear out some of the garbage in order for the Paraliminals to be more effective...I don't think I'll do the rest of the Holosync program after that...I was leaning that way & You convinced me as I con't want to spend the $ or years when I believe the paraliminals & Qigong will work just fine. Thanks. Grannie Annie

Just for the record. When the Paraliminals were released on CD they had a Holosync soundtrack added. This soundtrack is just for entrainment and has nothing to do with the Holosync Levels so it won't interfer with the Holosync program. Since they already have an entrainment track there is no point in using another source for entrainment. Alex

I used the Awakening Prologue CD for about 3 or 4 months on a regular basis - 2 years ago. I feel like some of my feelings and emotions have disappeared. I always watched StarTrek and liked the Volcans (spelling?) and I can now relate with them. I didn't plan on losing some emotions. My brain became more logical. If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't use those tracks. I like the Super Longevity cds though.

Thanks DesertSphinx, I would rather keep my emotions also..I rather like the mix of logic & emotion..too much or to little of each is a bit one sided..I may send the program back as I do find the noise unpleasant..

I bought the Holosyn CD Awakening Prologue about 3 years ago. I have used it from time to time, but only recently more regularly. I do find them beneficial, also because I believe there is good science behind them. I have listened to Holosync retreat CD's many times and am reading Bill Harris's book Threshold of the Mind. I regret not being more systematic about listening to Holosync as I think it is very good to give you a stronger foundation what to make of your life. I purchase all the Paraliminals because of the extensive recommendations of Bill Harris. I do find Paraliminals good at fixing specific aspects of life relatively quickly. I do like the choice of having the entire collection. I do take a several hour breaks between Holosync and a Paraliminal. I do believe that you need to give your mind a rest after some good "exercise". My life has changed for the better through the Paraliminals and Holosync, but I still have lots and lots to achieve in my life. I also own the Sedona Method, which I have used a bit, and just bought the Wild Divine game. The next purchase will probably be PhotoReading. However, it is a matter of how much time I can devote in a week to improving myself, as opposed to doing the normal things in life (work, socialising with people, home chores, travelling, etc.). For me holidays and travelling is when I have more time to spend on meditation. This is why I have loaded everything on my iPod so I can access it anywhere. My ultimate goal with all the meditation and personal development is to go on astral travels. Unless I am able to relax deeply, it's not possible to do it effectively.

I looked at the Centerpointe website yesterday. I wasn't sure how they continued to bring in revenue after the initial sale. I think I have an idea after reading this topic. It might be feasible to get the initial Holosync CDs in addition to the Paraliminal CDs. You could use the Quietude Holosync CD (Alpha waves) while meditating, studying, or PhotoReading. The Paraliminal Automatic Pilot or Get Around To It CDs can help with motivation and commitment for meditating, but I don't know if you can use them as you meditate. Hmm. It might work, especially if you repeat the Sleep Learning Track. If you just want to meditate, than I guess that would need to be your intention when you used the Paraliminal CDs. Feedback / corrections are welcome.

Alex, do you know if the entrainment in the Paraliminal CDs is Alpha, Theta or Delta?

Alpha - Theta. BTW what I meant was that there is no point using another source at the same time as the Paraliminal for entrainment. Some in the past had combined the Paraliminal tapes (which had no entrainment) with their own entrainment stuff. That isn't necessary. Alex
