So I acquired a few technical books on forms of martial arts (more specifically the ninjitsu and the use of pressure points). The books contain step-by-step pictures of techniques demonstrated combined with brief explanations underneath.
The pressure point book contains multiple diagrams which depict the placement of all the pressure points on the human body, including breakdowns on individual limbs.
I have photoread the book a few times but not quite sure how to go about trying to activate it. How do you suggest I can use photoreading to learn, retain, and utilize the technicalities of the martial arts system and how can i use it to help memorize where the pressure points are on the body?

What's your purpose? That's what you use to activate the book. Know your purpose then ask the author the questions and find the pages where the author answers your questions.

If you're planning to incorporate this and ultimately remember it, use it. Create a mind map and plan to use the techniques.
