Hi..
I have the New Behaviour Generator but I am confused in how to use.
Firstly, can you work on more than one limiting behaviour/goal at a time or is it best to concentrate and get results from one issue before you begin working on another.
Secondly, if working on Problem X, do I to listen to Session A and then follow on later (with a gap of at least 20 mins) with Session B - ie always listen to Session A and then Session B when working on "one" particular issue. Or do I listen to Session A (identify limiting behaviour) once only and then listen to Session B (modelling) as many times as necessary.
Thirdly, when listening to Session A, I find that there is no opportunity to really analyse the limiting behaviour in detail (in my case I use a word or two to describe) but then I "almost" forget the words immediately as I get carried away or lost in listening to the paraliminal. With Session B, when l identify the positive behaviour traits of my model, I find there is not much space to really analyse my models behaviour/character traits (again one or two words come to mind to describe). So this feels like I am "loosely" trying to model and then again this is quickly forgotten, as I get lost in listening to the paraliminal.
What should I be thinking as I listening to the paraliminals? Should I be concentrating on the words that I have thought of to describe my limiting behaviour (Session A) or my role model (Session B). Or should I identify key words in answer to the questions and then just forget them and go with the flow of the session.
It feels like nothing is happening because I am not being asked to analyse of break down my limiting behaviour or my models behaviour. It feels like I am being asked to just think about it and then let go.
Hope this makes sense.
Please advise.
