I'm having a little trouble listening to the Paraliminals on my iPod. As in some of the tracks don't play, and just go on to the next one.

My guess is that there is some signal in the tracks giving an "End Of File" message. Sometimes I can pause the track, fastforward a few seconds, and it will play. Other times (different track) the possible "End of File" signal is all throughout, and it continues to the next track without playing.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? It could just be my iPod, and not an issue with the Paraliminals in general.

For possible troubleshooting:
I use an iBook with iTunes 4.7.2, and I think I have the latest software for my iPod.

I have an iPod mini and the paraliminals work fine for me. I use Real Player to rip the tracks, but there are posts for others on this site that used iTunes successfully. Try searching this forum for iTunes or iPod -- there are a number of useful posts on this matter.

I have a 40GB iPod and have loaded all the Paraliminals on it through iTunes. I use the WAV format to avoid losing any frequency. Maybe try to reload your Paraliminals on the iPod. If you keep failing, phone Apple for assistance.

Using the WAV is the way to go. I had called Learning Srategies Support and was given that information. I have the 60gig Ipod and it really makes it convenient for me.

I must be in a time warp, or maybe just cursed. I ripped two Paraliminal CDs (Prosperity & Sales Leap) into iTunes in WAV format onto my iBook. I transfered them to my iPod. They don't play. I went to the Apple store today. The Apple trouble shooter informed me that iPods only play MP3, AAC and Apple Lossless formats.

Question 1)
Assuming that I go with the highest quality settings, which of these three formats is the best for the Paraliminal CDs?

Question 2)
Has anyone played the Paraliminals in WAV format from their iPod, or just from the computer?

Question 3)
Is it just the Sleep Learning Tracks that have Holosync, or is Holosync used in every track?

Use Apple Lossless format.

Apparently some people have used wav format on their iPods, or so they have told me.

I don't know at what exact point the Holosync soundtrack starts and ends but I can assure you that it's only required during the Sleep learning track. It there is any during the first and last track it will be centered around the alpha frequency and you'll be able to get there by listing to Paul. I am sure they focued mainly on the sleep learning track for the Holosync soundtrack,
