The schedule you have for yourself wouldn't work for everyone but it could work for you. Pace yourself.

If you are coming from the mind set that "I have to do this, if I don't ________ ..." Then you've set up difficulty for whatever program you've put yourself on.

Personally I find the Paraliminals work best when I use them because I want to not because I think I have to. As soon as the "Have to" mind set comes in I'm inadvertently resisting them at the same time. They work best when I'm prepared to allow them to work.

So, if you're enjoying the schedule you've created and it isn't a chore or a problem with time. Then no you're not using too many. If you're having trouble keeping up and not taking time to notice the changes or results then I would use fewer.
