Hi all,

What paraliminal would be best useful in planning? E.g. how to do a certain task at work? It's not actual problem solving, but imagining the steps that are required for a certain outcome, refining the outcome etc. There can be different routse to a certain outcome, and I would like consider the alternatives. Also, if the outcome is not well defined, I would like to be able to test that too. (I do research work).

I would like to have a paraliminal relatively free of content, only just some suggestions for planning and testing if the outcome can be reached with certain steps. (If you get what I mean). AND with a 20-30 min trance track, with Holosync background.

Are there paraliminals that I could use for this kind of work? I thought about Personal genius, but it does not ring the bell ;-) The others in the Library are even less attractive.

Take another look at New Options Generator.

It's one to help you develop a course of action when you feel stuck. Session B is about carrying out the plan.

It's about taking the path of least resistance and one that gets you to explore to get unstuck. That's usually the starting point the stuck state.
