Hello i was looking at getting the anxiety free paraliminal cd but just wanted to get your advise before purchasing it as im a student and dont have much money. I have a bad anxiety disorder and want to rid myself of it, im doing alot of psychological work at the moment but just cant relax, in your honest opinion do you think this will help??
