Sorry to disturb you again,
But I have another question, actually I can't understand the X-technique
I read it several times and even tried it but can't reach any further, even when m trying to use blip method and when am moving the book far the text starts appearing readable

And I don't know how to softly gaze so I can see things blurry.

Please explain me the X-Technique so I can get some real results, in this method am not able to move white spaces away

Please help me out
