Provided you not using one of the empowerment Paraliminals to help you to sleep. The problem with doing that is they become a method for falling asleep rather than the program they are intended for. It fine to use Deep Relaxation or Dream Play to help you to sleep.

If you have a purpose for listening and are not using the same one everytime it's fine. You might even play the sleep learning track while you sleep.

@alex

When I sleep, is it ok to listen to multiple Sleep Learning paraliminals (Track 3) in a single playlist (see pic below)?

Do I have to follow the guideline of resting 20 mins in between tracks? Please advise. Thanks.

Ack.. Listening to multiple tracks duing sleep, from all the Paraliminals is like throwing 33 jig saw puzzles into one bucket and telling your brain to sort it out.

Where is the focus?

You can use a number of Paraliminals for any given project. 3 would be the most in one day. During sleep if I use the sleep learning track I'd let it repeat for about an hour some people don't mind it going longer. However using only one track and an intent for listening.

If you listen during the day. Listen to one Paraliminal from beginning to end and then allow at least a 20-minute break between listening. Do something that takes you out of physical and mental rest during that time. Then listen to the next Paraliminal. It can be a different purpose with the same Paraliminal or it can be a different Paraliminal with the same or different purpose as your earlier listening.

A tip for the sleep learning track. You can use just the sleep learning track however do take the time to answer the questions that Paul asks in the booklet to help you clarify your purpose for listening. If you're not clear on why you are listening to a particular Paraliminal don't use it. If you just want a Paraliminal to boost confidence use Personal Genius. Feeling a little anxious, Self-Esteem Supercharger. Just want to feel good Youthful Vitality or Holiday Cheer. Got a presentation or meeting the next day, Sales Leap. Dream Play and Deep Relaxation are also good. Those Paraliminal a generalised purpose for listening is just fine.

If you have a specific goal take a few minutes to plan your Paraliminal listening. The payoff is far greater and a sketchy plan.
