Hello to all.

Olav, thank you for your suggestion. I had not heard of EFT before, so I checked it out after reading your post. I currently have a number of programs that I am working with (Natural Brilliance, Spring Forest Qigong, Radical Forgiveness) so I am not willing to take on another at this time. I will however keep your suggestion in mind for possible future exploration.

Anyway, thought someone out there might be interested in an update. With regard to Natural Brilliance, I am not seeing any effect on my eating habits or weight loss, but I am seeing bits and pieces of the model show up in other areas of my life. The main thing I am 'noticing' is the witness step.

For example, I witnessed myself trying to deal with discomfort in my back by trying to stretch and self-adjust, and noticed that most of what I was doing just made matters worse. After going through this cycle twice, I starting being very gentle and careful with my back and did only those stretches that my chiropractor recommends. Now my back is much better, and I am witnessing that when I don't try to self-adjust or over stretch my back, the discomfort goes away rather than getting worse. This has been going on for years, but it is only since studying the NB model that I was able to make this change.

With regard to my eating habits and weight, my weight has once again began an overall downward trend -- slow, but moving in the direction I want. My eating habits are still pretty bad though.

Ok, there's my update. Hope someone out there finds this useful.
