Is it OK to listen paraliminal sessions eachone right after another. Like in the case, if I burn them to a cd?

Burned them to a CD why would you burn them to a CD when they are on CD?

Check the booklets for the individual listening instructions. Not it says leave at least 20 minutes betwen listening sessions. The means Session A and B as well as other Paraliminals

The only thing you can try is burning a couple of related sleep tracks together and listen to then back-to-back... To give you an example: you got an important presentation tomorrow at work; you might want to listen at night to the sleep tracks from "Sales Leap" & "Self-Esteem". Otherwise, as Alex said, you must take a min of 20mins break between them.

I, for one, am not interested in burning the CDs, but would I still receive the same benefits if I save one or more of the CDs to my iPod? I do a considerable amount of flying and prefer to take my iPod with its music and other audio files loaded on it rather than a collection of CDs and a CD player. I'm simply wondering if this is advisable. Thanks!

If someone wants to do custom back-to-back sessions on one CD, then you can do the following:
- Add 20+ minutes of soft, classical music between the sessions.
- Remove the "wake up" tracks at the end of each session. This saves time on the CD that is used up by the 20 minutes of classical music. You may want to keep it at the end of the final session.

Another option is to repeat the Sleep Learning track, but this depends on how much time is left on the CD.

I use an iPod, and I create playlists. The playlists can be as long as I want (hours). I stick with repeating the Sleep Learning track and remove the "wake up" track. I play one of the playlists when I go to sleep or when I'm on a plane.

I recommend keeping the wake up tracks getting up and moving about. I don't recommend following with different tracks from different Paraliminals too soon. Let the mind integrate what you learned it may or may not need another Paraliminal.

Like painting the you need to let the bottom coat dry applying the second coat too soon just moves the previous coat around.

If you want to extend the Paraliminal listening session just repeat the sleep learning track as often as desired.

I agree fully with Alex- and along with those reasons, Paul also has put important instructions to do with integrating the information in the last track. It is not soley a wake up track...

I think if you get up, get involved in some other activity that keeps your consious mind busy for a while, your subconsious mind will be able to process things. Then, after a half hour or half day you can get the next piece and do it all over again.
